Kalpna has been working in the world of recruitment since 2005 and set up Luna Partners in February 2019.  She has extensive knowledge in the business support sector, placing many PA/EA, HR and administrative roles in industries including financial services, professional services, design and build, executive search and bio-tech.  Kalpna’s approach is transparent and highly professional, she really focuses on matching her candidates as much as possible to the right job and offers a tailored service to her clients. 

Kalpna ran a successful desk in the heart of Oxford Circus for a nationwide high street agency where she won numerous recruitment awards, and in 2009, she was lucky enough to take a sabbatical and spent six months travelling around the world. She hiked up Mount Taranaki (NZ) and Mount Agung in Bali, as well as sky diving for the first time and testing out the world’s biggest swing in New Zealand! Prior to setting up Luna Partners, Kalpna worked for a boutique PA recruitment agency as an Associate Director and set up their City division training and managing a team of consultants.

Kalpna has a passion for plants, walking, cricket, food and creating new dishes in the kitchen. She loves spending time with her young daughters and husband and is often outdoors on some kind of adventure.  In her spare time,  Kalpna runs local community events and plant pop up stalls advising people on how to look after their indoor plants.
